As someone who hails from Assam, was born and educated in Arunachal Pradesh, and pursued higher education in Bangalore, I cherish and value the diversity that has shaped my experiences. Meeting individuals from varying backgrounds is something I greatly enjoy. I have developed a diverse range of skills and expertise across multiple domains, including Recruitment, Banking, Finance, Design Project Management, and Design Program Management. My varied experiences have provided me with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the industry & has been invaluable to me throughout my career. For almost a decade, I worked at IBM, where I gained experience in banking, customer service, client communication, account reconciliation, team management, and report creation. I had the opportunity to work with teams across the globe and managed multiple projects simultaneously. Currently, I work as a Design Program Manager at Lollypop Design, where my focus is on providing solutions across teams and projects. I am passionate about leading and inspiring teams to achieve great design outcomes. My expertise is in managing projects in various domains, including Fintech, Edutech, Agritech, Healthcare, Telecom, E-commerce, Saas, Banking, and Venture Capital; As part of the end-to-end implementation of websites, mobile applications, and web applications. I collaborate with product teams, marketing heads, founders (startups and large-scale), VPs, technology heads, designers, developers, and subject matter experts. In addition to my other endeavors, I have contributed to the development of several internal products, including an HRMS platform, the website for Lollypop, and an e-commerce site. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, and learning wherever I go. I find culture fascinating, from unique foods to the history waiting to be discovered, to the quaint customs people follow. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I'm always eager to learn from new experiences and perspectives.
