What this is

A 60-minute working session with your team on a real architecture problem. Typical topics: designing a new distributed system, scaling or splitting an existing one, choosing between databases, queues or caches, moving an LLM feature from prototype to production, setting up retrieval and evaluation for a GenAI product, or planning inference serving and its cost.

How it runs

• When you book, describe the problem, your current setup and the decision you need to make. Share any diagrams or documents you can.
• I read them before the call, so we spend the hour on the hard parts and not on background.
• In the call we go through the design together: the options, the trade-offs, the risks, and what I would do in your place and why.
• Up to 5 people from your team can join.

What you get after the call

• Written notes within 3 working days: the recommendation, the main trade-offs, the risks to watch, and suggested next steps.
