Ron Johnson is an educator at heart, connector in spirit and a problem-solver by passion. He is an international best-selling author, entrepreneur, podcast host and consultant for professional career development. 💥Ron loves to promote the power of community, conversation and collaboration through his work.💥 Highlights of his career: 🔸️Launched his career in a Startup, scaling the firm by hiring 125 new employees every month, later moving to middle - senior level recruitment. He was then hand-picked to scale the Morgan Stanley team from 15 to 75 members in 6 months as an operations manager, bidding for a new contract from the London office, while maintaining the KPIs of a 24/7/365 operation. When he left the startup to move to Canada, it had over 4000 employees, 10 global locations and was sold for $250 million to R R Donnelley, Fortune 500 company.  🔸️Founding member of the Bank of Montreal branch in the same building Madonna launched her first North American gym in Toronto. Personally booked over $25 million of business for the branch and scaled customer acquisition from 0 to 1000 revenue generating clients. The bank booked over a $100 million in business.  🔸️Worked on Bay Street (Canadian Wall Street), and was promoted to lead one of the largest branches of the bank with a lending book of over $1 Billion and an investment portfolio of $500 million. 🔊As an entrepreneur, he is currently building a safe and supportive startup ecosystem for professionals and students entering Canada through the Wisen Up! He is trained in Taekwondo and won two provincial gold medals.
