Romanshika is an unapologetically ambitious and creative senior who is currently attending Watson Institute at Lynn University, one of the few programs in higher education that allows project-based learning. She is a multimedia journalist on a mission to give voice to the voiceless, driven by her passion for storytelling and fearless journalism. Born and raised in Nepal, a South Asian soul, Romanshika loves wearing multiple hats and she truly enjoys being indispensable. Media and Communication: Romanshika is an on-air Anchor/Reporter and news producer for iPulse Live, Lynn University’s news channel. She is also a podcast director, producer, and host of her podcast " Fashion NERD". She recently started working as a podcast editor for businesses and has successfully monetized them. She loves interviewing people and writing and she independently runs her YouTube channel and has served as social media manager for several companies in the past few years. Events and Operations: Romanshika has done event management for the past 7 years of her life. She has organized large-scale events like debate tournaments, seminars, networking events to global events like TEDx. Currently, Romanshika is working on her biggest project, TEDx LynnUniversity, as a lead organizer. From spearheading her team of 6 people to logistics, IT, marketing, production, vendors, and speaker training, she is overlooking everything. She has hands-on experience in operations and events and believes that every time you learn something new. Fashion Entrepreneur: Romanshika envisions taking South Asian Fashion to the world. Her vision is to make the major runways around the globe more representative, inclusive, and diverse. She plans to represent local brands from Nepal and South Asia and possibly open e-commerce and global trade opportunities for these local brands.
