As a Technical Program Manager at Deloitte, I lead and execute requirements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the organization and its clients. I have over seven years of experience in the IT industry with specialization in the Healthcare domain where I have developed expertise in business process design, improvement, and automation, using tools such as SQL, VBA, and RPA (UiPath and Selenium ). I have also demonstrated skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery and management, and visual presentation. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where I aim to further enhance my knowledge and skills in management, leadership, and innovation. I did my engineering from Thapar University ,Patiala and was a University Medal holder graduating top of my class. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
