Rohit Sharma is seasoned and hands-on people’s leader serving the Aviation industry for the last 15+ years. He has deep hold on aviation subjects like aero-political affairs, licensing, aircraft sale & purchase, airport development and airstrip operations. Overall, Rohit has led various departments with the aviation environment right from licensing, corporate affairs, operations, sales, marketing and recent projects with HR as well. He can be seen often getting involved in various crisis management situations as well in the last decade and was awarded the “Most Trustworthy” Employee in the year 2015 by the management. He has completed certification in Entrepreneurship & Organizational Leadership from Babson College & University of Queensland respectively and, is an active mentor to incoming pilot cadets. Having coached & mentored 1000+ plus students, parents & education bodies on careers in aviation; Rohit pursues his interest in national capability building though his not-for-profit work and is the co-founder of Aaarohit Foundation. Rohit is a collaborator of ideas, passion and technology in the field of aviation and can be often seen as experimenting with new ideas, better ways of doing things and bringing about process efficiencies in the system and digitizing processes.
