I am a Strategy & Social Impact Consultant working with the Govt of Jharkhand. My current role involves providing consulting and advisory services for building an umbrella federation and an executive body (SHIFKOFED) with Honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand as the Chairman, for monitoring and supporting the co-operatives at LAMPS/PACS, District unions, and state level. I am particularly working at enhancing the finances of the co-operative institutions in the state of Jharkhand with a membership base of more than 1.4 Million+ farmers/forest dwellers. My prior experience in the strategy domain with the Pioneer political consulting & strategic firm Indian Political Action Committee, has provided me with an exposure of Social Impact and Development consulting along with the niche expertise of Political Consulting. I have taught a semester at the Department of Economics at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore; post attaining my UGC-NET (Economics) eligibility for Assistant professor.
