I am building Vai Ra (www.vaira.co.in), along with Oendrilla, as an affordable and sustainable luxury alternative to diamond jewelry. Our vision is to create a more ethical and sustainable future for the jewelry industry. Prior to Vai Ra, I co-founded a performance marketing agency with my partner Oendrilla and worked with startups, mostly D2C brands. I also worked in the Founder's office and later in operations at a YC-backed ed-tech company. My role included operations, student success, teacher hiring, HR, and payroll. Before that, I led a team at Conneqt (formerly Tata BSS) responsible for training and process improvement projects around customer experience, CSAT, and NPS for an LA-based PaaS company. I am excited to continue building Vai Ra and collaborating with like-minded individuals to create a better future.
