I had a really positive experience working with Rohit, and his support played a big part in helping me secure my offer from Capital One. When we first started, we worked on improving my CV and cover letters so that my experience came across more clearly and was better tailored to the roles I was applying for. From there, we moved into broader application advice, including how to approach job searches, outreach, and how to position myself more effectively. The biggest difference for me came during the interview preparation. Rohit helped me practise my answers, structure my examples properly, research companies in a more focused way, ask better and more interesting questions, and present myself with more confidence. Even smaller things, like remembering to pause, smile more, and not rush my answers, made a real difference. Over time, all of this built up and helped me feel much more prepared throughout the process. I’m really grateful for the guidance and would definitely recommend Rohit to anyone looking for practical, honest, and tailored career support.

I worked with Rohit for mock interview preparation and found his guidance extremely helpful. He brings a very practical and structured approach focusing on how to think, respond and present yourself effectively in interviews. What stood out was his ability to challenge answers, push for clarity and provide key insights that immediately improved my responses. The sessions really helped me build confidence and handle pressure questions more effectively. I would highly recommend him to anyone serious about preparing for competitive roles in UK & Europe.

About me
I am a sponsored job navigator, and I have been called Rohit Shaw….or is it the other way around…uh..
Anyways, you know my name and what I do. That’s what matters.
My journey started in 2021 when I received a full scholarship to pursue masters in Climate Change from Italy’s Politecnico di Torino. After a year, in 2022, I started my hunt for a job somewhere in Europe and man I was up for a ride.
I had absolutely zilch information on how steep this curve was going to be.
With zero clue on work visa’s and permits, notwithstanding the fact that I did not speak Italian, I was dumb enough to expect a job in a month and a happily ever after like in a feel-good rom com.
And it began, day in and day out of job applications, resume and cover letter shenanigans, easy applies, hard applies, form fill ups, company website signups and 56 other stuffs…that eventually swelled to –
300+ job applications all over Europe and interviews in every major European country. You name it, I have interviewed for a job there! In fact, quiz me when you speak to me!
**All of this while I was actively freelancing to support myself and living on 200 euros per month.
But I started seeing a pattern: with time my applications turned to screening calls (after about 20 days), screening calls turned to interviews (after about the 50-day mark), interviews turned to final rounds (this happened 5 times) and eventually -
2 final rounds led to 2 sponsored job offers – one in the UK and one in the Netherlands.
I received my Dutch job offer in July 2022, and my UK job offer in September 2022. I first accepted my Dutch offer and moved to Netherlands. Eventually I resigned after a couple of months and moved to the UK in December 2022 for my job as a Climate Risk Specialist at Willis Towers Watson.
This allowed me to zero in on distinct principles that stood out. As I began my job in UK in 2022, I wanted to test my principles again and there it was,
I landed another sponsored job offer in UK in October 2023 (with a 20% hike) and another sponsored job in Italy in May 2024 (with another 25% hike).
Using these guidelines, I have helped 11 people land sponsored job offers.
