I have a bachelor's degree in computer application from Annamalai University, and I am currently working as a product manager at Simplify360, a platform that helps organizations monitor their social footprints. Simplify360 was acquired by Nextiva in 2022, and I am responsible for managing the product roadmap.I have core competencies in problem-solving, agile methodologies, and analytical skills. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to understand customer requirements, design application workflows, and deliver end-to-end solutions using no-code platforms and wireframing methods. I have also worked closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. I am motivated by creating products that enhance the digital experience of users and businesses, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I have also contributed to the quality and compliance of the products by defining UAT metrics, carrying out pre-release UAT, and using Firebase Analytics to get crash reports.
