This session is for engineers looking to break into product-based companies or navigate their next career move with more clarity.

I'm an SDE-2 at Adobe, and my own path wasn't conventional — from an ML internship at ISRO, through backend roles at RoboMQ, ConveGenius, and GET Software, to building software for warehouse robotics at Addverb, and finally landing at Adobe. I know firsthand what it takes to move from service-based roles into product companies, and what actually matters in interviews versus what's just noise.
