What we’ll do:

• Define the core functionality to build on the call
• Set up the right tech stack (AI APIs, Firebase, Replit, Supabase, etc.)
• Build and deploy a functional base version (not the full product, but a clear, usable slice)
• Discuss how to scale it post-session
