Rohit is a Chartered Accountant and is currently employed as Consultant at Deloitte India, specializing in Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, and Supply Chain Planning. He works with organizations to design and implement technology-enabled planning solutions, helping improve business performance through data-driven decision-making and process transformation. His experience spans FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, treasury, capex planning, and integrated business planning across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. On the supply chain side, he has delivered solutions across Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and Dispatch Planning, working closely with stakeholders from business requirement gathering through implementation. Alongside client engagements, he has contributed to multiple consulting Proof of Concepts (POCs) across inventory optimization, banking, NBFC, retail, and other industries, developing business solutions and functional prototypes for prospective clients. Prior to consulting, Rohit completed his articleship with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, where he gained strong experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and BFSI sectors. He is passionate about solving business problems at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, with a keen interest in Business Transformation, FP&A, Strategy, Enterprise Performance Management, and Supply Chain Consulting.
