As a Senior Consultant at GEP I have advised F500 clients across the world on cost optimisation, process improvements and supply chain - procurement strategy to help them achieve their goals. I am personally responsible for end to end project execution starting from stakeholder meetings & alignment ,data collection, current state analysis, gap analysis, strategy development and communication, timeline and RACI development. I report to executives at VP/Senior Director levels at both the client and company internal levels. I also provide mentoring for roles at Analyst and Consultant level. I hold an MBA from School of Management, IIT Bombay and a B.E. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Jadavpur University
