From experimenting with nanotechnology in college to building a fashion brand from scratch, I’ve always been driven by the challenge of solving problems that make a difference. My focus has never been on titles or industries, but on creating practical, thoughtful solutions that improve systems and lives. I’ve co-founded startups, mentored other founders, and led teams through challenges in unfamiliar markets. Along the way, I learned resilience, empathy, and clear communication are as important as strategy. Whether improving supply chains for fish farmers or helping turn around operations at ShopUp, my approach has always been about collaboration and sustainability. As I continue my MBA journey, I’m eager to explore the intersection of technology, community, and operations, where human-centred strategy drives long-term impact.
