My friends, acquaintances, peers, colleagues and juniors from workplaces and education days define me as a "sounding board". Given a 1st generation PG in my family and without any elders to guide I have dabbled into varied experience and identified on the fly what works best for me. Having lived across many cities and parts of India have given me a sense of adaptability and empathy. I started my career by working as part of Greenfield projects in one of the most backward districts in India. Post that I worked for around 5 years on Shop-floor in a Manufacturing setup. At the fag end of 5 yrs I cracked CAT and got into 2 yr flagship PGP program make a transition into financial services industry. For the last 8 years I have been part of the Indian Insurance Industry across multiple departments from Corporate Strategy, Project Management and Analytics. Currently setting up the Analytics department from scratch up for a major General Insurance company. I am passionate about helping new to industry professionals in making better choices and decisions. Passionate about Indian Insurance Industry and opportunities it offers to young and experienced professionals. Helping undergrads for shaping their career.
