About me

Let's chat! But before that here is a small introduction :
Hello, I am a mechanical engineering graduate currently working as a mechanical design engineer at the LASER Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory - India (LIGO) Project (which recently received a funding of 2600Cr INR from the government) under IUCAA, Pune where I am working on designing an ultra-low frequency seismic isolator. I have led my University's Astronomy Club for three years, where I was the principal designer and project lead for two projects: Aryabhata Observatory (funding of $40,000 from the University) and a six-antenna ground station for satellite reception and radio astronomy.
I have a keen interest in the areas of Mechanical Design, Robotics, and engineering applications in sustainability. Parallelly, I am really curious about drawing insights from on how day-to-day products can be made from alternative biodegradable materials leading to a sustainable world. I am an avid reader, and I have completed over 2500 kilometres of free running over the past 2 years. Some of my other hobbies are baking and astrophotography.
