I've spent 6 years as an HR Business Partner inside fast-growth SaaS companies — owning performance management, employee lifecycle, compliance, and culture for teams of up to 250 people.
I also hosted The Shape of Work podcast, where I spoke with HR leaders and founders about what career growth in HR actually looks like — not the textbook version.
