This is a hands-on, project-based mentorship for developers who want to genuinely understand how production-grade backend systems are architected - not just follow another CRUD tutorial.

You'll build one evolving system across the full program: starting as a clean monolith, evolving into a modular monolith, and finally splitting into real microservices deployed on Kubernetes with a working CI/CD pipeline and a thin frontend tying it all together.

What you'll cover:

1. Domain-Driven Design (DDD) & Clean Architecture

2. Microservices patterns - idempotency, CQRS, sagas, outbox/inbox, API Gateway

3. Structured logging, exception handling & .NET Aspire for observability

4. Kubernetes - Docker, Deployments, Ingress, ConfigMaps, health checks, scaling

5. Full CI/CD pipeline - build, test, containerize, deploy, rollback

6. A basic frontend wired end-to-end to your services

Format:

1. 17 weeks, 2-3 live 1:1 sessions/week

2. Async support between sessions for code review and unblockers

3. Milestone-based, you demo working progress at the end of every phase

4. 100% hands-on: you write the code, I review, guide, and unblock
