Rohan is a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering with a demonstrated history of building high performing software engineering teams that build hyperscale solutions in both consumer and enterprise space across different geographic markets. He has worked for startups, mid-size as well as large firms, which gave him well-rounded exposure to challenges faced by organizations at different stages of their growth cycle. He leads by enabling and firmly believes that people are the most I important assets of any successful business. He is a fellow of the British Computer Society.
