He has over 23 years of experience in enterprise tech and product design, working with global companies like Oracle, SAP, Athena Health, and HSBC. At Atakian, he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the product, leveraging his expertise in UX, user behavior, and product analytics. He is passionate about solving complex problems for customers and creating delightful and accessible solutions. Previously, he was the Chief Design Officer at Scripbox and the Director of Product Design at Freshworks, where he managed large and diverse teams, set up design frameworks and competencies, and drove data-informed design initiatives. He holds certifications in usability engineering and user research from Human Factors International and SAP.
