About me

I'm a law and business management graduate, currently working as a Senior Associate at Trilegal before which I was at Khaitan & Co (KCO) and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), all being India's leading corporate law firms, in the M&A and Private Equity practice. I routinely advise Indian and foreign entities on various legal aspects of their business strategy in India, and in particular, relating to corporate and securities laws, and have acted in acquisitions in the listed and unlisted space. Prior to joining CAM, I was an Analyst at EY India (Ernst & Young) – one of the world’s leading consultancy firms, where i worked on various projects in relation to internal audit, enterprise asset management and carrying out compliance checks for various companies and was given the opportunity to showcase a variety of analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills by testing substantive business processes adhering to a global audit methodology.
