Some of my work included * Building North & West Region & scaling West as the largest region with an average 7% Month on Month growth * Onboarding over 300 companies with 50+ Billion Dollar Enterprises with an Avg Deal Size of ~$200k ARR * Driving Inside Sales & and building business remotely in Southeast Asian counties like Vietnam, Indonesia, Nepal, Myanmar, etc * Conceptualized Multiple revenue streams including, Evangelization Service (KRA based Support), Centralized Support, New Verticals (Pharma, Agri, Alcobev, Tobacco, etc), Standardization At Lockstep / Sage (Fintech AP Automation Solution) as Head of Business Development, I was able to scale Revenue & and help them reach ~$6 million ARR. This included: * Setting up Processes & templatize working * Scaling Inside Sales to consistently generate leads * Unlocking new fronts for growth which included setting up the partnership model * Creating pricing & and negotiation structure to improve the velocity of closures * Increasing velocity of closures Currently, on a mission to help 100 SAAS Companies scale from 0 to $5 million ARR
