Rohan is a MBA graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, adorned with two coveted gold medals as the Best All-Rounder Performer in the illustrious batch of 2022-'24. Additionally, Rohan's academic prowess led to his induction into the revered Institute Roll of Honor, recognizing him among the Top 10 students of the graduating cohort. At IIM Shillong, Rohan secured the First Runner's-up position for Microsoft PM Engage 2022. He interned with Bain & Company in the Technology and Cloud Services Centre of Excellence as part of his Summer Internship. Rohan was also part of UNIQLO's Global Management Program 2023 where his team emerged with the best strategy in Product. Out of a staggering candidate pool of 6000 individuals from 22 different countries, Rohan was selected as one of the distinguished 53 participants for this prestigious program. Previously, he graduated in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, after which he worked in Cognizant as a Test Engineer. At Cognizant, Rohan had been working for an US-Based Client in performing the software testing and analysis part in setting up a Salesforce base for client-to-client and client-to-broker interaction. Rohan is skilled in Agile Methodology. Rohan loves to win and excel at big ideas with given constraints. He wants to constantly learn because he "Never Settles." He tries and stays calm when faced with Adversity and focusses on making high quality decisions. Rohan is fluent in English, Bengali (mother tongue), and Hindi. Rohan enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. He is an avid physics enthusiast who studies about cosmology and particle physics.
