Whether it's exploring new ideas, navigating career transitions, or simply having meaningful conversations, I find joy in connecting with people and learning from diverse experiences. With a background in technology and business, I started my professional journey as a Product Manager at ICICI Bank, where I worked for two years on digital banking solutions. My interest in understanding broader business challenges led me to pursue a dual degree—an MBA from MDI Gurgaon and a Master in Management from ESCP Business School. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities that have shaped both my personal and professional growth. As the Academic Policies Head in the Student Senate at IIIT Delhi, I worked closely with faculty and students to improve academic frameworks and student welfare. I’ve also mentored juniors and volunteered as a teacher for underprivileged children—experiences that deepened my sense of empathy, responsibility, and the joy of giving back. These roles have taught me how impactful active listening and thoughtful guidance can be, and they continue to inspire the way I engage with people today. Outside of work and academics, I’m an avid cricket enthusiast, an explorer at heart, and a lover of stories—whether told through films, TV shows, or personal conversations. But what I value most is building genuine, long-lasting connections. I find that the best ideas often emerge in informal settings, and some of my most meaningful connections have grown from spontaneous chats and shared interests.
