A little about me- I’m an experienced Corporate Talent Acquisition Consultant with breadth and depth managing the full-cycle recruitment in various vertices such as the Federal Public Service (unionized environment), Healthcare, Financial Services ( Banking, Wealth Management and #Fintech) hyper-scaling start-ups (#EDTECH) and most recently recruiting Senior Software Engineers and Engineering Managers in #BIGTECH with #AWS Canada. While I’m very capable managing hiring manager relationships and have negotiated hundreds of offers, my true passion is sourcing/head hunting. I like to think I have fairly advanced sourcing skills but I am always on the lookout for new tools and techniques as well as experimenting with creating some interesting Boolean strings. As a dual UK/Canadian citizen of Punjabi heritage and raised in Kuwait, and a Bachelors of Business Administration as well as Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, I embrace diversity in all its forms be it ethnic, educational or ideological.
