I am an IT employee working as a Business Analyst. I started off with Infosys as a system Engineer, took a career transition to Business Analyst and have 8+ years of working experience in IT. It took me more than a year to transition to BA from a regular support role. From the resources I have pooled up in my prep time and my experiences, I have created a 20 Day roadmap for students/Freshers who want to be a BA or working professionals who are looking for transition.
