The way perf review will be done is as below:

• Stage 1: 30 mins call to understand the background and perf review process/expectations
• Stage 2: Offline review of the perf review doc and adding of notes/comments and making live edits
• Stage 3: 45 mins call to discuss the changes and close upon the perf review doc
