Resume Review

i spent two years in HR Recruiter. i've been in hiring conversations. i know what makes a recruiter stop and what makes them move on without a second thought. this is a live review of your resume where i'll tell you exactly what i see. not what you hoped it communicates, but what it actually does when someone who's reviewing 30 resumes in a day looks at yours.

what we'll go through:

→ overall structure and flow does it make sense to skim?

→ what stands out vs. what gets ignored or skipped entirely

→ how you're framing your experience for the role you actually want

→ basic keyword check so your resume doesn't get filtered before a human sees it

you'll leave with:

→ a clear list of what to fix and in what order

→ specific language suggestions, not just "make it stronger"
