Hi there, Nice to e-meet you! My name is Riya, a recent graduate from Lady Shri Ram College For Women, University Of Delhi. Pursued Bcom. Hons. with Economics minors, I am an individual who loves exploring various aspects and diving deep into them from fundamental understanding to practical approach. After completing my schooling at Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan with 99.25% and securing a gold medal at University, I joined LSR. During my school and college, I have been enthusiastic about theatre, competitions, participating in & organizing events, and trying my best to improve holistically. My first Internship which turned into a full-time role for 6 months when I had just passed 12th, was as a Junior Radio Jockey @RadioRocket, a startup by IIT Bombay Alumni where I explored the work culture of a media startup company, hosted my own show and even learned the art of Podcasting and Interviews! In the initial months of college, I explored a lot of societies, participated actively, and currently serving as the Junior Under Officer at NCC, LSR. Beyond that, I am associated with the Weneedchange NGO community and take up voluntary roles across Delhi NCR as and when needed. Having participated in B-Plan & Case Study competitions at National Level, and getting a hands on experience via internships at various startups, I have realized my keen interest lies in domains including Business Management, marketing and product!
