Riya is a young, highly qualified educationalist, philanthropist, guidance, and counseling coach, and social entrepreneur. She has worked in the education and development sector for 10+ years now, she is passionate about the education and skill development domain.She mentors budding entrepreneurs and future leaders in her personal capacity. She continues to be a changemaker by empowering the students to make the right decisions for themselves. She also trains trainers who train the students in colleges and schools. She had widened her arm to empower rural youth with her services and personally got involved in such initiatives. She also worked with Baba Amte Ashram educators and trained them on soft skills for teaching. Currently, she heads learner success at Edtech guiding and training learners to prepare for the job market.
