With over two decades of professional expertise, I've navigated the realms of business leadership, initially serving as the country head for prominent multinational companies. My journey then led me to venture into entrepreneurship, where I founded and cultivated one of India's largest independent digital marketing companies, boasting a diverse clientele from both national and international landscapes, robust processes, creating culture for growth & innovation. Prior to my entrepreneurial endeavour, I held the position of National Director at MEC Interaction, GroupM. Under my leadership, the business experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 100% expansion in a very short time. I played a pivotal role in fostering crucial global relationships, setting unprecedented benchmarks within the organization both in India and on a global scale. During my tenure at Starcom MediaVest Group, I spearheaded new business initiatives and strategy development working with global teams. Beyond contributing to the national business growth, I was part of "Global Impact Circle", a select group of 25 individuals tasked with designing and implementing tactics across approximately 80 countries, aligning with the overarching goals of the global organization.
