As a Senior Project Coordinator (Workflow) at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I lead the process excellence (ProEx) team and manage the workflow for India and global Quants Practice Areas, which include Financial Institutions, Principal Investors & Private Equity, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Insurance. With over six years of experience in research workflow coordination and project management, I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to my clients and teams, and supporting BCG's mission of shaping the future of business and society. In my current role, I oversee the operations for the Quants portfolio in India, managing a staff of 30 full-time employees. I ensure the timely and efficient delivery of research requests, optimize the resource allocation and utilization, and enhance the client satisfaction and engagement. I also collaborate with the global WFCs network and the practice area leaders to align the research standards and best practices across the regions and domains. Some of the skills that I apply and develop in my role are Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification. I have also completed the BCG's Initiative and Project Management course, which has helped me to sharpen my leadership and communication skills.
