As an Associate Product Manager at CARS24, I am responsible for the search, discovery and personalization of the e-commerce platform across desktop, mobile web and app. I devise algorithms for catalog listings to maximize impressions, clicks and checkouts, and design user flows from sessions to checkout. I also conduct user research, surveys, studies and cold calling to gain insights into user problems and convert them into actionable items. Before joining CARS24, I interned at Zeotap and MX Player, where I gained valuable experience in product management, analytics and programming. At Zeotap, I worked on audience-based integrations for 1P and 3P data across different ad-tech, mar-tech and social media channels, enabling key features like OAuth 2.0 and delta upload systems. At MX Player, I conceptualized and developed an in-house A/B testing platform for the OTT platform. I hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of engineering, design and problem-solving. I also completed two online courses on AWS Fundamentals and Upraised Scholar, where I acquired skills in cloud computing, web development and HTML5. I am passionate about creating and delivering products that solve real-world problems and delight users.
