Ritu oversees the onboarding, mentoring, and management of our top-class coders, playing a central role in Workfall's mission to empower individual developers who work remotely on contract, transforming the landscape of IT collaboration. Ritu has earned recognition as a LinkedIn Top Voice in two distinguished categories: Mentoring and Social Impact. In addition, as a testament to her commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, Ritu has been acknowledged as an AWS Community Builder. Actively managing the AWS User Group Qatar, she orchestrates high-end technology events for the developer community.
