I am an HR leader who enables business goals with people and organisation initiatives. With over 27 years in leadership, DEI, people strategy, and coaching across multiple sectors ranging from manufacturing, consulting, retail to real estate. I have built HR strategy and led diverse teams with expertise in start-up phase to sustaining high growth. I am on the advisory board and provide strategic HR advice to founders and business leaders. In my recent role at DLF, I served as director on the board of one of the subsidiary companies and as Sr. Vice President – HR, led the people and culture agenda, enabling sustainable fast-paced growth. At H&M Retail India, as the Head – HR, I led growth from start-up to 60+ stores with 2500+ colleagues. I have worked in global projects and roles across Europe and Asia, in organisation design, learning management, human rights and employee relations. An experienced HR leader, I apply insights from data analytics to highlight the big picture and advise business leaders. I have coached a diverse range of clients from newbie managers, entrepreneurs, CEOs to specialists.
