Over past 2 decades Ritu has developed a unique combination of skills in Strategy, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development with multiple industries in B2B space. With a strong customer-centric focus and a keen eye for developing processes in an unstructured setup, she has taken several niche products to market in India and globally across industries and raring to go for more! Her approach towards Business challenges has always been driven by having a long term vision in place and customer at the centre, something that she learnt at HP and has since stayed with her. This approach has always helped her cut down half the chaos and the rest half by meticulous planning whether it is in Strategy, Product Management or Marketing or as a support function to Business Leadership. Zeal to drive new initiatives often led her to drive the Business Development efforts also for them wherever she went. She setup Digital Marketing practice in traditional businesses she worked for, giving a Digital first approach to Marketing. She has led several NPI projects leading cross-functional teams comprising at times very senior team members motivating the team to deliver their best.
