Working in the field of content management and communication for almost 17 years, I am currently working with the Chief Business Officer of ONDC to drive strategic communication, research, and insights to elevate the organization's objectives. My work includes developing impactful narratives, thought leadership pieces, and points of view that position ONDC as a leader in its domain. Prior to joining ONDC, I was part of EY India's Financial Services practice, where I built thought leadership and authored perspectives on critical industry topics. I also have extensive experience in marketing, internal, and external communication across diverse brands and industries. Before EY, I was with KPMG India’s Markets team, where I handled communication, editorial initiatives, and insights. My work encompassed managing key internal and client-facing newsletters, developing thought leadership content, and crafting points of view to support business strategies. Earlier in my career, I led internal communication at Eli India, establishing their entire communication platform from the ground up. I also gained experience in managing both internal and external communication during my tenure at Uninor, where I contributed to reputation management initiatives. My foundation in content management was built through roles at Educomp, MakeMyTrip, and Magicbricks, where I managed teams, web content, marketing collaterals, and customer loyalty programs. These roles honed my expertise in both B2B and B2C communication. I hold a Diploma in Communication from Amity University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Delhi University. With a literature background and a career in communication, I bring a unique ability to craft engaging, effective, and concise messaging.
