Working with Coach Ritika was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA journey. I can confidently say that I wouldn’t have been accepted into Berkeley Haas without her support. From the moment we started preparing for the interview, Ritika brought clarity, strategy, and confidence to the process. Her deep understanding of what Haas truly values—because she’s part of the community herself—was instrumental in helping me tailor my story with authenticity and impact. She knew exactly how to bring out the best in me. But what really sets Ritika apart is her unwavering support. During the waitlist period, she guided me through every step—checking in, suggesting the right actions at the right time, and helping me stay grounded and strategic even when things felt uncertain. Ritika is more than a coach—she’s a partner, a motivator, and someone who genuinely cares. She knows Haas from the inside, and she brings that insight to every session with generosity and precision. If you're applying to Haas—or anywhere, honestly—and want someone who gets it, who will push you and support you in equal measure, work with Ritika. She’s simply awesome.

Thanks to Ritika's unwavering support, I was admitted to both Georgetown and Berkeley Haas - two out of three schools I applied to - and even received a scholarship from Berkeley Haas. She would really deep dive into your story, identify the key points and tailor it to meet the college's underlying values, which is a really crucial thing to do. Her insights into what AdComs are looking for were especially helpful in refining my application. As I came from a non-traditional background, she was particularly helpful for ensuring my accomplishments were clearly communicated to the target audience. I could not have done this without her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for not just expert guidance, but someone who genuinely believes in you every step of the way.

About me
I’m Ritika Rastogi, a recent MBA graduate from UC Berkeley Haas. Having navigated the application process myself and receiving a full scholarship I know firsthand how overwhelming—and expensive—it can feel without the right guidance. That experience is why I’m passionate about mentoring others and making the journey more accessible.
Over the past year, I’ve supported applicants who have gone on to earn admits at top global programs including Yale SoM, Columbia MBA, Kellogg, Berkeley Haas, Georgetown McDonough, Cambridge Judge, IE Business School, NYU (MS CS), ESADE, and University College Cork (MS Finance)—collectively receiving over $250,000 in scholarships. Helping people uncover their unique stories and build the confidence to share them is the most rewarding part of my work.
Whether you’re just beginning your MBA or grad school applications, or preparing for interviews, I provide personalized, 1:1 support at reasonable prices. My goal is simple: to help you find your voice, sharpen your story, and step into the next chapter of your career with clarity.
