I am passionate about workplace culture and a strong believer in a people-first approach. Starting my career in Human Resources seemed like a mismatch at first given my B.E in Computer Science. However, I immediately recognised the opportunity it presented, to understand the most important asset of any organisation; the people. I was privileged to harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity. I am a Talent Acquisition, People Strategist and a hustler with over 6.5 years of experience in developing and driving initiatives for tech and non-tech recruiting. Demonstrated success in sourcing and assessing top talent across the globe for a wide range of fast-paced tech startups in SaaS, Chat products, e-commerce, Fintech and Co-working industries. I am excited about candidate engagement and believe it is the key tool to excel in Recruitment. We're complicated, we're always changing, we have millions of things going on in our lives, and changing jobs is ALWAYS a big decision.
