My journey in therapy began with Teach for India, working closely with young minds navigating challenge and change. That experience deepened my belief in the quiet power of being heard. Trained in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College and Rehabilitation Psychology from NIEPVD, my work is guided by empathy and accessibility. I'm especially interested in working with people living with neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions, and in finding ways to bring meaningful, research-informed care into their everyday lives.
