Hello! Thanks for taking an interest in my profile :) I am Ritik Bompilwar, a final year B Tech student at IIIT Naya Raipur. My research interests lie in the field of Deep Learning and Computer Vision. I am passionate about building Computer Vision based solutions for real-world problems. Last summer, as MITACS Globalink Research Intern, I worked on developing machine vision systems to detect weeds in the wild blueberry cropping under the supervision of Dr. Travis Esau. Previously, I worked at Big Vision as Computer Vision Intern, where I wrote three blog post series on Computer Vision Model Optimization and built projects for the official OpenCV Computer Vision II Course. I have experience in Computer Vision for more than two years in industry and research projects. I can build efficient Deep Learning models using both TensorFlow and Pytorch frameworks. I am proficient in Python and have a basic understanding of C, C++, Java, and R. Currently, I am looking for a semester-long (4-5 months) Research Internship in Computer Vision and Deep Learning (preferably Video Understanding).
