Rithvik is an aspiring product manager & an entrepreneur by heart. He likes to solve customer-centric problems by conducting primary & secondary research, to understand the challenges faced by the target group. A people person who loves working in an agile team & building products from scratch & executing them in the market by ensuring the KRAs are met to achieve the product's successful growth & development. He has been exposed to a multitude of working environments like that of PGCIL (Govt.), SkipperSeil (EPC- MNC), CRED (India's largest FinTech Unicorn) & India Accelerator (Best Startup Accelerator, recognized by Govt. of India). He could garner a majority of his business acumen at India Accelerator where he worked with 'High Potential Technology' startups specifically in the Healthcare & Energy sector. For the past year, he has worked with more than 10 seed-stage startups, understanding their business models in detail & acting as a liaison by getting them connected to the relevant KOLs. The latter could help them enhance their KPIs by driving their business growth. Parallelly, he has helped startups raise seed to pre-series capital through his network of Angel Investors, VCFs & IBs. He will be pursuing Master's in Engineering Management from Northeastern University with an ambition to work with companies as a product manager to build customer-centric software/hardware products.
