Rithik pursued a Five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIMI). He studied subjects like Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, and Communication skills. As part of his academic curriculum, he has worked on various group projects and has proven to have exceptional team management skills and leadership skills. He did his Foreign Exchange semester at Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci, Paris as well. A Travel enthusiast who has traveled to seven countries in Europe and Singapore in Asia to explore cultures and make new connections across the globe. One of the objectives of his travel is to understand how economic development impacts human thinking and lifestyles or, broadly speaking, how developed economics are different from developing economies. He has done a summer research project in Music Psychology, where he worked on a research topic to link between music and choice of product. For example, would the background music in an apparel store has an impact on the choice of product? The Research paper has been presented at National Academy of Psychology (NAOP) conference in December 2019 at Pondicherry University and accepted by the International Congress Of Psychology Conference in Prague for June 2021. Rithik also worked as Investment Intern at KYT ventures, a Venture Capitalist company. As part of the internship, he contacted many Angel Investors and Family offices for inviting to be investors at KYT ventures. He worked as Fundraising Intern at Befach 4x Private Limited. He contacted investors to fund the company, which was already generating annual revenue of 1 crore. He worked as a Human Resources Manager at Serv platform, a start-up based out of Los Angles, the US. He was responsible for managing recruitment, on-boarding, employee-employer relations, conflict resolution, and organization structure of the start-up.
