For the first few years, my goal was to learn engineering, then for a while to mentor engineers, increase complexity. While all that was happening, somewhere I felt that work cultures could really use an uplift. Work is where we spend a large part of our lives, and there’s no meaning to it unless it’s fun, unless it gives us expression, safety and upliftment. So here I am trying to cross breed happiness and high performance in engineering teams together.
