My current academic endeavor involves pursuing my LL. B from Symbiosis Law School (Pune). Besides, I have obtained my undergraduate degree in B.A.(Hons.) History from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. Additionally, I have also received a Diploma in Computer Application from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth. My academic experience has served me well in developing my critical thinking, observation, communication skills, and knowledge to ascertain my faults and confidence to mitigate them. I work well to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and seniors. I have keen interest in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and domain of Environment Law. I had always wondered how 138 crore people are residing in a single mass of land yet institutionally bonded at the same time under one idea “India”. I found my answer in two words - Rex Lex and Lex Rex, both terms with interchanging syllables yet exponentially distanced meanings. The expression “Constitution is a living document” can be enumerated from the persistent challenges to lex rex, even after its establishment e.g. - Intelligible Differentia, the question of Substantive Due process, Challenge posed by Dictatorship by numbers, etc. I am interested in understanding these challenges. Secondly, with the democratization of the internet, the leanings of the contemporary world are toward Information Communication Technology. The prima facie objective of the state is now fast economic recovery through export-oriented growth to be propelled by institutional disinvestment, defense production, MSME, and Startups. Therefore, ICT and IPR laws would play a pivotal role in the future. I wish to tap this opportunity.
