I’m Rishita, a business enthusiast passionate about strategy, finance, and problem-solving. I’m an incoming Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy, with experience across markets, sales & trading, financial risk management, and corporate advisory. During my MBA, I interned at J.P. Morgan Chase in Markets - Sales & Trading, securing the best role at XLRI. Before my MBA, as a CA, I worked on deals worth hundreds of crores, advised clients on financial strategy, and analyzed global market trends. Beyond work, I thrive on challenges—I’ve been a national finalist in multiple case competitions, published research, and co-founded a financial literacy initiative.
