Present - As a Project Consultant with EY, I am currently responsible for preparing the Strategic Investment Plan under a World Bank backed Government of India Project, RAMP. My role involves conducting stakeholder consultations, preparing Diagnostic Study Reports, designing and analyzing survey questionnaires, and managing client relationships. Past - Following my Post Graduation, I gained valuable experience as an Operations Manager with a commodity trading organization in Singapore. Here, I managed operations in Ghana, including supply chain management, refining logistics models, trucking, fobbing, and shipping. I continuously evaluated the SCM model of both my organization and competitors to improve efficiency. Prior to this, I spent over five years in the automobile sector, working my way up from Production Engineer to Business Development Executive. In my role as Production Engineer, I managed shift operations of a Heavy Press Shop, overseeing 21 machines and 150+ manpower to ensure smooth functioning of the press shop. As MIS Analyst, I prepared operational and financial reports, and created an automated live dashboard linked with SAP for live monitoring of production, expenditure, inventory, and dispatches. As Business Development Executive, I generated leads, conducted business viability studies, managed costing, and resolved customer production and quality issues. My work led to securing new business worth 18Cr annual with six new customers in just five months, and an improvement of 0.8% in the bottom line. As Production Planning and SCM Manager, I was responsible for maintaining inventory at each level of the supply chain. I brought down total inventory from 21 days to 12 days, increasing the bottom line by 0.8% at revenue 21Cr per month. I was also instrumental in implementing an end-to-end Material Tracking system combining SAP & Bar Code Technology.
