This is a great collection of prompts. They're easy to tackle and non-overwhelming.

Absolutely loved the session. Was totally stress free and felt in touch with myself. I loved how you added elements which gave us tools to spend time with ourselves and others. Looking forward to the next workshop, Rishabh!

About me

Hi. I am a creative educator, writer and photographer. A former Teach For India fellow, I am deeply committed to education, storytelling and creativity as tools for transformation. After working for 5+ years in education, I left my job in 2022 to pursue a mindful, creative and slow life. For the past 2 years, I have worked with organisations and creative individuals to craft immersive journeys, creative experiences and workshops. I have designed and facilitated workshops for various organisations, including Akanksha Foundation, Pratham, Teach for India, D2K Tech, Youth Alliance, Deer Park Institute, and Bihun Collective. My work as a writer and photographer revolves around themes of self-expression, solitude, and the quiet beauty of everyday life. I like to weave stories from daily life, both in writing and in visuals, that speak of the extraordinary in every ordinary moment. As a creative educator, I facilitate spaces for people to express, reflect, and create. When I am not designing creative workshops or going on long solo walks, you can find me riding my motorcycle, brewing coffee, or shooting photographs that inspire wonder for the beautiful planet. I have volunteered on a permaculture farm, at a remote school in Sikkim, and at a cafe in Spiti, and have motorcycled across the country. On Substack, I write a weekly newsletter where I write about creativity, life as an artist in the mountains and exciting stories from my everyday life. I have written short stories, poems, children's books and a comic book. My first book, a travel memoir, is in editing.
