At L&T Finance, I work as a Management Trainee, where I handle and solve customer complaints for core banking products. I apply my analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to deliver quality work and contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational growth. I have completed PGDM in Financial Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, with a keen interest in Finance and banking. Previously, I interned at Osam, a dairy startup, where I gained experience in preparing monthly GRN sheets, analyzing bank statements, recording daily transactions, and working for the Accounts Receivable department. I also conducted field visits and learned about the dairy industry and its challenges.
